Rise Above Parkinsons, Inc. (RAP) is committed to safeguarding your privacy and personal data. As a nonprofit organization, RAP’s mission is to provide non-medical financial assistance to people affected by Parkinson’s Disease or PSP so that they can get access to supportive resources and enjoy a rising quality of life. RAP uses the donations it receives to fund awards in furtherance of that goal. RAP may also offer digital and non-digital tools for people with Parkinson's or PSP and their families.
From time to time, RAP conducts internal audits of its information practices and reserves the right to make changes to this policy. Changes to this policy are also made to comply with evolving legal and regulatory requirements, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
What Data We Collect
1. Personal information, including name, email address, mailing address and personal connection to Parkinson’s disease.

When you send a donation in honor or in memory of someone and request that an acknowledgement be sent to another individual, we will use the name and address of that individual for acknowledgement purposes only.
